Bristol-Myers Squibb, Process Development Laboratory Renovation
This 33,000 sf. ft. project centered on the renovation of a process development clean room laboratory and support offices that were near occupied and operational laboratories. DCBA had to overhaul the lab infrastructure for RO/DI water and clean process utilities. Workers installed a cooling system for a new Autoclave; a parts washer; new casework; new security, HVAC, and electrical systems; and several Bio-Safety Cabinets. Additional work involved upgrading safety showers, eyewash stations, and miscellaneous architectural improvementsas well as finalizing new AV systems for conference rooms. DCBA worked with BMS, building occupants, and facilities to ensure that the construction did not impact lab operations.
