DCBA was founded in 2007 with a focus on three core values: experience, service, and reliability. Our firm delivers quality preconstruction consulting, construction, and post-construction services. Though categorized as a mid-size firm, we possess large project experience as well as the dexterity and service capabilities of a smaller firm. Our clients know that they can pick up the phone at any time to speak with an owner. Our personal attention to clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors results in successful projects, quality construction, and lasting relationships. Our personnel have excellent technical skills and rich industry knowledge. They utilize creative thinking and the most up-to-date technology to keep projects on time and within budget.
DCBA believes that the integrity with which a project is completed matters just as much as its success. DCBA does not compromise when it comes to safety. Our employees and subcontractors must follow strict protocols and participate in frequent training. We are also pleased to incorporate environmentally conscious building practices (which contribute not only to the success of our industry but, more importantly, to the future health of the communities in which we all live and work) into our operations. We are committed to implementing “green building” design elements as each client and project determines.
Why Choose Us?
The DC Beane and Associates Construction Company (DCBA) team is made up of experienced builders who are dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of service. We have the technical skills and knowledge to deliver projects on time and on budget. DCBA uses the latest technology available to manage projects of all sizes. Diligence, solid leadership skills, and a passion for what they do enable DCBA staff members to identify challenges—and their solutions—before a project begins. At DCBA, we take great pride in the lasting client relationships we have built over the years and the quality of our work.
Because DCBA is a mid-size firm, we have both a small firm’s dexterity and a large firm’s project experience and knowledge. This allows us to take on a wide range of projects and provide a multitude of services. The firm’s collaborative approach gives us the freedom to employ individuals of different professional levels—from individuals with forty-plus years in the industry to students who take part in our co-op program. This team mindset extends to our clients, their designers, and consultants. Through consistent and clear communication (meetings, reports, etc.), DCBA leads projects smoothly from preconstruction to closeout. Clients know that they can call one of DCBA’s owners at any time over the course of a project. Our firm is large enough to take on ambitious, intricate projects, but still small enough to make our client relationships and service top priorities.
At DCBA, we strive for excellence. We’re proud to have earned a reputation for efficiency, effectiveness, and successfully executed projects. It’s a point of great pride that most of our clients come to us through referrals. By consistently delivering a superior product and stellar service, DCBA has attracted clients across industries. We are committed to continuing and improving this tradition.
